Rajeev Peshawaria

Rajeev Peshawaria is a Senior Fellow, Human Capital at The Conference Board. In this role, Peshawaria supports the Human Capital Practice which includes The Conference Board Human Capital Exchange™, research, conferences, webcasts and programs in a broad spectrum of human capital areas.

In addition to serving as a Senior Fellow, Peshawaria is also CEO of the Iclif Leadership & Governance Center which offers training, consulting, advisory, research and executive coaching on leadership and corporate governance for senior executives and board directors in the commercial, government, and non-profit arenas across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, Peshawaria is an internationally acclaimed author, speaker, and consultant on personal leadership, motivation, and organizational effectiveness.

Peshawaria was previously the Global Chief Learning Officer of Morgan Stanley based in New York, NY, and the Chief Learning Officer of the Coca-Cola Company based in Atlanta, GA. He has also held various positions at Goldman Sachs and American Express. In his early career he was a currency trader. He has lived in eight countries.

Peshawaria is a regular contributor on Forbes.com, and writes extensively on global leadership. He is also the author of Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders (Free Press 2011).
