Christian A. Plath

Christian A. Plath is the former associate director of The Conference Board’s Global Corporate Governance Research Center. He has also been the director of global corporate governance research at the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC), a not-for-profit organization which provides high quality, impartial information on corporate governance and social responsibility issues affecting investors and corporations. He is currently with Moody's Investors Service, but coauthored this report while working at The Conference Board.
