Mr. Miller is founder and managing director of ClearBridge Compensation Group. Mr. Miller has over twenty years of experience advising boards and senior management on performance measurement and compensation strategy, with the goal of aligning rewards with shareholder value creation. Prior to founding ClearBridge, Mr. Miller was the managing director of Korn/Ferry’s Executive Compensation business, where he joined from Mercer. Prior to that, he was a senior partner of SCA Consulting. His client experience includes publicly-traded Fortune 500 companies, privately-held firms, as well as smaller companies in various stages of development in all major industries. Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on compensation and performance measurement issues and is frequently quoted in major publications such as The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. He has been featured on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with at concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
