Vadim Liberman

Vadim Liberman is a contrarian and nonconformist with superpowers to see through and destroy corporate BS. As senior editor and devil’s advocate at TCB Review, the thought-leader magazine of The Conference Board, he explores ideas and opinions related to business management in provocative ways that challenge and often topple conventional wisdom. He may not always know the right answers, but by tackling the right questions, he aims to elevate how executives think about today’s problems.

When not pointing out the myriad ways that leaders are failing their organizations, Vadim tortures his mind—and occasionally that of others—by ruminating on all sorts of ethical puzzles.
