Dr. Linda Sharkey is Managing Director and Partner at Achieveblue Corporation, a global consultancy focused on accelerated leadership development and cultural transformation. Her focus is developing leaders and teams and driving talent initiatives that support productivity and company growth. She is also a Founding Member of the Marshall Goldsmith Group, a premier coaching organization.
Previously, Linda was Chief Talent Office and VP of People Development for HP. Before joining HP she held Executive Human Resource positions at GE. While there she designed a high impact leadership development initiative named a best practice by Jack Welch.
Linda is widely published in the area of leadership and organization development, culture change and executive coaching. Her most recent co-authored book, Winning with Transglobal Leadership: How to Develop top Global Talent to Build World Class Organizations, is cited as one of “Top 30 best business books for 2012” by Soundview and a “recommended read” by }getabstract. She co-authored an acclaimed book on talent management and data analytics entitled Optimizing Talent: What Every Leader and Manager Needs to Know to Sustain the Ultimate Workforce. Linda earned her Ph.D. from Benedictine University in Illinois.
