Dr. Rohini Anand

Dr. Rohini Anand is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo and is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and alignment of Sodexo’s integrated global diversity initiatives including sustainable development and corporate citizenship strategies. Previously, Rohini served as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo USA, where she lead the organization’s overall diversity and inclusion strategy.

Widely considered a leading expert on organizational change and diversity and inclusion, Rohini has authored several manuals and has been published in numerous trade journals.

Rohini has also been the recipient of many prestigious awards and honors. Under Rohini’s leadership, Sodexo is ranked #6 in DiversityInc.’s list of 2009 Top 50 Companies for Diversity.
