Alice M. Chung

Alice M. Chung is a senior associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins LLP and specializes in executive compensation and employee benefits matters, as well as company representation. Ms. Chung counsels public and private companies on implementing various types of compensation and benefit arrangements, including employment agreements, equity plans and agreements, change in control arrangements and incentive compensation. In addition, Ms. Chung advises on the employee benefits and executive compensation issues of corporate mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings, including issues relating to severance, retention and golden parachute arrangements, equity-based compensation, employment agreements, COBRA, 401(k) plans and health and welfare plans. Ms. Chung frequently authors firm client alerts and corporate governance commentaries relating to public company governance and disclosure matters.
