Lowell T McLaughlin

Based in Midland, Michigan, Lowell McLaughlin is responsible for annual property and sales & use tax payments, budgeting and planning, implementing long-term strategies involving government incentives and tax abatements and engagement in State and Local legislative matters that require advocacy in the area of state and local taxation.  He is also responsible for managing Dow’s unclaimed property compliance function and management of audits.
He has been with Dow 10 years, starting as a Property Tax Specialist.  Prior to his Dow career, he  worked in local government as a department head in the functional areas of taxation and zoning/planning and a consultant in the functional area of property taxation.
