Andrew L. Bab

Andrew L. Bab is a partner in Debevoise & Plimpton LLP’s New York office, and a member of the firm’s mergers & acquisitions and health care & life sciences groups, with a practice focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate and securities law matters. He has written prolifically on a variety of M&A and corporate governance-related topics. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Yale University, and earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School and a Stone Scholar. Prior to joining Debevoise, he was an investment banker at Lazard Frères & Co.
