Eleodor    Sotropa

Mr. Eleodor Sotropa is Associate Director, Global Business Services, and has global responsibility for Mobility, PC Computing and IT Support for The Procter & Gamble Company. GBS is a global shared services organization responsible for Computers & Communications Services, Employee Services, Accounting and Financial Services, and Business Information Services to 140,000 employees and business partners in over 80 countries worldwide.

In his current role, Mr. Sotropa leads significant global initiatives for Employee Productivity, and defines and implements Productivity strategies and action plans to create breakthrough productivity and business growth.

He has P/L responsibilities for Services with a total spend of over $150MM for GBS.

Mr. Sotropa has been recognized for the ability to drive change together with key partners, in a global scale, in an agile way. He currently works very closely with HP, BT, Microsoft and Apple to drive the transformation for the End User Productivity.

His prior roles in Canada, US and Europe, in Finance and IT, have been closely linked to large scale system implementations, Shared Service Establishment and Operations, Outsourcing business processes, and Service Innovation.

Mr. Sotropa has held leadership roles in various Boards, like the Project Management Institute, SAP User Group, or Six Sigma Motorola University User group. He has been a speaker for the Conference Board Shared Services for the last three years.

Mr. Sotropa lived and worked internationally. He is currently based in Cincinnati.
