Dr. David Thomas is a thought leader in the area of strategic human resource management. His research focus is on issues related to executive development, cultural diversity in organizations, leadership and organizational change. He is a professor at Harvard Business School (HBS) and a frequent presenter in executive education programs. He consults with private sector corporations, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations. He received his undergraduate, masters and doctorate from Yale University and a Master of Arts in Organizational psychology from Columbia University. |
