Fabio Saccone works with the Bank of Italy as a member of the unit in charge of supervising restructuring and resolution procedures of distressed banking and financial intermediaries. Prior to joining the Bank of Italy, he practiced corporate and securities law at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Saccone is a PhD candidate at Bocconi Law School and his research focuses on proxy regulation. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a JD from Bocconi Law School.
