Clive Wright

Hyperion HR Ltd. provides HR and reward consulting services to business leaders and HR Directors.  He successfully established Hyperion after leaving Mercer in 2009, following 8 years as a Principal. Prior to joining Mercer Clive was Director, Group Compensation and Benefits for The BOC Group plc, and fulfilled senior international HR and Reward roles for STC and Fujitsu/ICL before that. He is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and for the last eight years has served as Chair of the Reward Forum.  He is also a Visiting Professor at London Metropolitan University.
