Janet L. Fisher

Janet L. Fisher is a partner based in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate finance and securities law matters in the United States and elsewhere for domestic and foreign issuers, and corporate governance and compliance matters. Ms. Fisher lectures and is widely published on various aspects of the U.S. securities laws and other corporate finance topics.
