Among Laura Shirley’s responsibilities in talent management at QAD are leadership development, employee and career development, competency management, and employee engagement. Prior to QAD Shirley managed the entrepreneurial assistance programs for an economic development agency in Santa Barbara. She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from University of LaVerne, and a Bachelors degree in Communication Studies from Azuza Pacific University. She is a certified instructor of Situational Leadership II and Targeted Selection and holds a certificate in Business of Human Resources from The University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill.
