CRM DATABASE COORDINATOR

Position Summary:

The position encompasses three components: Entering, Maintaining and, Communicating the information in STARS.
Entering
The CRM Database Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that information related to company and contact records is entered into STARS in a timely fashion and is accurately maintained.
Maintaining
The CRM Database Coordinator is also responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating a "knowledge dictionary" that ensures that the organization (with particular emphasis on Associate Service, Councils, Web Team, Centers, Research Working Groups and Conferences) is aware of the information contained STARS and how it can be used to demonstrate value to current and potential customers.
Communicating
The CRM Database Coordinator is also responsible for creating and communicating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that support the various business units of TCB worldwide.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports to the Administrative Manager, Associate Service

Principal Direct Activities:

  1. Process Leads
  2. Work with IT and designated department personnel to design processes that ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in STARS.
  3. Work with IT and Department Heads to create and maintain SOPs.
  4. Work with IT to create and communicate "Exception Reports" for the data in STARS.
  5. Work with Web Design team to ensure that the interface between STARS and "My TCB " allows for accurate updating of information by the customer and, that those updates are reflected accurately in STARS in a timely fashion.
  6. Work with the marketing team to develop appropriate communications materials regarding "My TCB"
  7. Work with IT to develop and create processes that feed accurate and timely information into STARS via public sites, company sites, online databases, etc.
  8. Identify, for our global field organizations, ways that STARS data can be used to help support revenue generating activities.
  9. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong computer skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Familiarity or previous experience with a Customer Relationship Management System is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
